Cusco – Aguas Calientes – Machu Picchu

Very early in the morning we will pick you up from your hotel in the city of Cusco, to transfer you to the train
station located in the town of Ollantaytambo (1 hour and 30 minutes of travel) where we will board our train and
then make our trip to the town from Aguas Calientes (1 hour and 30 minutes of travel). Arriving at the train
station, our guide will be waiting for you to then accompany you during the visit to Machu Picchu, you will go to
the bus station in Aguas Calientes, to ascend 400m high on a zigzag road, for 30 minutes until you reach the
sanctuary. from Machupicchu.When we arrive at the citadel of Machu Picchu we will go through the control where you
will be given your entrance ticket and the guided tour will also begin, you will visit the main venues of the city
such as: the Plaza de Armas, the Circular Tower, the Sacred Solar Clock , the Royal Rooms, the Temple of the Three
Windows and the Inca Quarries, the guided tour will last approximately two hours. At the end of the Guided Tour
you will be given free time to take a walk through the citadel and visit Machu Picchu, then you will return to the
town of Aguas Calientes to enjoy your Lunch.In the afternoon you will take the train back to Ollantaytambo (you
must be at the station 30 minutes before your train departure time) and after your arrival in Ollantaytambo our
transportation will be waiting for you to take you back to your hotel in Cusco (1 hour and a half trip).
